In the environmental safety and health protection process, all processes comply with environmental safety and health laws and regulations, and strive to reduce waste, implement energy conservation and carbon reduction, and continue to effectively improve the environmental safety and health management system. S&H

The company has established a safety and health committee and holds meetings every quarter. The heads of each department serve as members of the committee and nominate 3 labor representatives, accounting for 33% of the 9 members of the committee.

The annual environmental and industrial safety audit plan is planned by the heads of each department as audit committee members. Environmental audits are conducted twice a month. The heads of each unit and the environmental safety and health management unit monitor the results. If there is an abnormality in the implementation progress or results that does not meet the requirements of the [Corrective and Preventive Measures Management Procedure], a [Corrective Measures Request Form] should be opened in accordance with the requirements of the procedure to carry out improvement measures.

Safe workplace

The company has established quantitative indicators to create a zero-hazard environment. In addition, the company has also established quantitative indicators to expand occupational safety and health activities to products and related services, improve overall occupational safety and health performance and effectively control risks.

After review, the company has increased publicity and education and training, and has carried out automatic inspections. Supervisors care about the physical and mental safety of their colleagues and ensure their safety during work.

Labor and occupational environment monitoring

To protect workers from harmful substances in the workplace, we conduct two workplace environmental monitoring tests each year and publish the results to all company colleagues. We use the test results to understand the actual exposure of workers and then use them as a basis to improve the environmental safety of the workplace.

Environmental and Work Safety Audit Program

The company has an annual labor safety and environment audit team work plan. The audit team uses the "Work Environment Management Procedure" to create an audit improvement list for each audit report. After the audit team responds to the deficient units and makes improvements, they will review the improvement status in the fourth week of each month.

Process safety management tasks

The safety and health department and on-site colleagues from each unit conduct work safety observations and environmental safety inspections twice a month at irregular intervals. The focus of improving the working environment is to improve safety and health and submit proposals for special operations with medium and high risks every year.
