Head of Corporate Governance

The responsibilities of the Corporate Governance Officer are as follows:

1. Serve as the principal officer of the Sustainability Committee Executive Office, undertake tasks assigned by the Committee, and ensure smooth communication and response regarding corporate governance-related information.

2. Assist the Board of Directors and management in establishing and improving the corporate governance framework to enhance governance efficiency and transparency.

3. Supervise the lawful disclosure of material information to ensure transparency of corporate information and assist the Company in complying with the Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
