Human Rights Policy

(I) The Company promulgated a human rights policy in 2012.

Brave C&H recognizes and voluntarily abides by internationally recognized human rights standards such as the “United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, the “United Nations Global Compact”, the “United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights”, and the “United Nations International Labor Organization”, respects the protections set forth in the Human Rights Convention, and accordingly formulates the “Human Rights Policy of Brave C&H Co., Ltd." and publishes it on the Company's internal website for public notice.

1. Provide a safe and healthy working environment:

(1) Protect the right to work:

Employees employed by Brave Co., Ltd. will receive an employment contract with detailed working conditions for review before they start work and will sign an employment contract after they start work to protect the employees' working rights.

(2) Work environment monitoring:

In order to improve the safety and health of the workplace, Brave C&H Co., Ltd. conducts environmental monitoring of air, noise and lighting in the workplace every six months and improves the work environment accordingly.

For detailed implementation, please refer to the implementation of promotion project (III) whether the company provides employees with a safe and healthy working environment and regularly implements safety and health education for employees.

(3) Prohibition of child labor and forced labor:

Brave C&H Co., Ltd. Has never employed workers who have not reached the legal working age; any extension of working hours is carried out with the agreement of both labor and management, and Brave C&H Co., Ltd. has never forced labor without the consent of the workers.

(4) Anti-bullying:

Brave C&H Co., Ltd. has set up employee complaint boxes in all workplaces and formulated "Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures Complaint and Punishment Measures" to provide employees with channels for complaints and redress when they are treated unfairly.

2. Reasonable remuneration and smooth career development Brave C&H Co., Ltd. is committed to taking care of the lives of employees. It adjusts salaries every year based on different economic environments and company operating conditions. In addition, it plans different career developments based on employees' performance and ability development.

3. Work-life balance

Brave C&H Co., Ltd. encourages employees to pay attention to work-life balance.
