Employee Opinion Survey and Improvement Measures
Starting in 2025, the Company’s Human Resources Department conducts an annual employee opinion survey among Brave C&H(Taiwan) employees to serve as reference data for communication on major topics of company, collection of employee feedback, and improvement plans. The survey conducted in September 2025 covered four key dimensions: work environment, career development, corporate culture, and sustainability, with an employee participation coverage of 15%.
The survey results indicated strong overall performance, with average scores (out of 5) of 4.31 for work environment, 4.39 for career development, 4.34 for corporate culture, and 4.48 for sustainability.
Among employee suggestions, personalized career development was highlighted as an important issue for the Company’s future personnel development strategy. Employees expressed expectations for enhanced opportunities through job rotation and competency gap training, enabling them to gain clearer direction in personal development and career progression. The Company has incorporated this feedback into its priority improvement initiatives and will continue to strengthen the implementation and advancement of related programs.
The Company’s management takes employee feedback seriously, and based on the survey results and recommendations, has developed concrete enhancement and improvement measures. These efforts aim to continuously optimize the work environment, strengthen personnel development, and advance organizational sustainability, showing the Company’s commitment to employee engagement and corporate governance practices.
