■ Description:：

Paste weight reduction is closely related to screen structure design. Therefore, we have an R&D team and an engineering team to take charge of the design, planning, and verification of screen structure. Through screen structure design and printing parameter setting, we control the printed form of paste went through screen. Reducing paste weight of printed patterns on the wafer while keeping the efficiency requirements of customers is the focus of BCH screen.

■Description：

Based on the fluid mechanics of paste flowing between finger openings, if there are structures blocking the paste flow, or if there are structures in the opening not suitable for paste to go through and transfer to the wafers, the existence of these structures will require higher pressure from the printer to compensate the resistance generated by these structures. Experience shows that the higher the pressure is, the shorter the screen lifetime will be. For this reason, we have developed and designed some structures and special process that can effectively reduce the pressure for paste to go through.
