Sustainability Committee

In order to promote the sustainable development of the company and achieve the concept of corporate sustainable management, the company established the Sustainability Committee on 10 August 2013 in accordance with Article 7 of the "Sustainability Code of Practice" and Article 27 of the "Corporate Governance Code of Practice". Three respective groups are set up under this committee to promote the implementation of tasks related to sustainable governance, integrity management and corporate social responsibility to ensure the promotion and implementation of corporate sustainable development related work.

 

The Sustainability Committee holds at least two committee meeting each year and extraordinary meetings as necessary.The committee reports its achievements to the board every year (at least once a year). The last report on the organizational structure and set the targets for 2024 of the Sustainability Committee.Please refer to the ESG reports for the details.

Duties of Sustainability Committee

We have established the Sustainability Committee with one director, the general manager, and two independent directors. The Committee aims at promoting sustainability corporate development to achieve the goal of sustainable management. The duties of the Committee include:

 I. Establish the policy, system, and related management policies for sustainable development.

 II. Supervise the implementation plan for sustainable development and their implementation.

 III. Periodically assess the effectiveness of the implementation plan for sustainable development and report the achievements to the board every year (at least once a year).

    IV. Review the ESG report.

    V. Other assignments from the board.
