To support the all-round development of our employees, our company has established a comprehensive training program covering the following four major areas:
1. General Courses: We offer a wide variety of courses, such as consensus camps and business Integrity, to strengthen employees’ core competencies and personal growth, thereby enhancing overall company unity and cultural identity.
2. Professional Courses: Based on different job categories and business needs, we provide professional knowledge and technical training to reinforce expertise and develop key talents with strategic thinking, enabling us to respond to the rapidly changing industry challenges.
3. Hierarchical Courses: Training content is tailored according to employee ranks, from new hires and middle managers to senior leaders. We establish phased competency maps and promotion development paths to strengthen management and leadership skills.
4. Special Projects: In line with company strategies and business priorities, we initiate project-based training as needed, such as succession planning, cross-departmental collaboration training, and overseas rotation preparation, to enhance key organizational capabilities and adaptability.
In 2024, the total training hours for Taiwanese employees had reached 1,166.5 hours, with a total of 194 participants. The annual training expenditure amounted to NT$858,693.

3. Hiring occupational health physician and nurse to consult 9 employees every month and total 432 hours time every year. Organizing health talks and activities over 4 times a year.
4. Providing employees up to 2500 covid-19 antigen rapid test kit during epidemic.
5. AED equipment and first-aid courses are set up to raise employees’ capability and knowledge towards emergency.
